About Us
Ursviken Technology develops and manufactures advanced sheet metal processing machines – such as press brakes, shears, and custom solutions. With us, technology development, production, and all expert competence are gathered under one roof, providing short decision-making paths and significant influence for our staff.
Since the turn of the year, we have been part of Vaski Group – one of Finland's fastest-growing industrial companies. This brings new opportunities for collaboration, technology exchange, and international growth, while we continue to be strongly rooted in Ursviken.
As a production planner at Ursviken Technology, you will contribute to efficient flows, reliable deliveries, and strong results in daily operations. So if you thrive in a central role where you create structure and ensure that production runs smoothly, then this is something for you!
Your Responsibilities
As a Production Planner, you are responsible for planning, prioritizing, and following up on production with a focus on flow, capacity, and delivery reliability. You ensure that the right jobs are done in the right order and continuously work on replanning when conditions change. The role involves close collaboration with production, management, purchasing, and other functions, where you act as a cohesive link and create clarity about what needs to be done – and when. Your work contributes to less firefighting, better resource utilization, and a more stable daily routine in production. You also actively work to improve planning processes and create better foresight in production.
Your Profile
We are looking for someone with experience in production planning or who has worked closely with production and wants to take the next step. You have an understanding of production flows, capacity, and material management and enjoy working in a structured manner in a changing environment. Experience with ERP systems is an advantage, preferably Monitor.
As a person, you are analytical, solution-oriented, and communicative, with the ability to make decisions and collaborate with many different roles. If you lack certain experience but have drive, commitment, and a willingness to develop, we see this as a great asset. You are curious, responsible, and motivated by creating structure and efficiency.
Application
Does this sound like a role for you? We look forward to hearing from you! In this recruitment, we are collaborating with Clockwork Staffing & Recruitment. For more information, you are warmly welcome to contact recruitment consultant Britta Larsson at phone 073-3512773.

With a broad selection and a competency-based methodology as a foundation, we ensure that you as an applicant are treated equally, fairly, and equitably.
